FAQ’s on the c word…that’s Covid – 19 haha!
My 2021 diary is now like an intricate game of Tetris. It is not easy with everyone trying to line up new dates – plus couples booking dates too – my availability is constantly changing. Here are some common questions –
We’re looking at postponing our wedding date, are there any new fees?
No, there will be no new fees when moving your wedding to a mutually agreed date due to Covid-19. All of your fees paid, including your booking fee, will be transferred across to your new date and I will honour your package pricing and inclusions will stay exactly the same as they are now.
What if we want to/already have rebooked for a date you’re not available?
If you decide to reschedule your day to a date I am already booked for, I can either offer an associate shooter with a similar shooting style to photograph your day. I have talented associate photographers on hand. (I will still handle client care, editing, and correspondence). I can assure you, you’ll have an amazing photographer and a worry-free experience on your wedding day. Or I will issue a refund of any money paid minus your non-refundable booking fee. I am always looking for a win-win because ultimately I would still love to photograph your day, so please, let’s work together to find a date that works for both of us!
Can I re-book another Saturday date?
When postponing, I’m happy to offer any of my available dates to couples (including weekends) but I would advise being open to looking at a Friday date to ease the pressure on all your wedding vendors. Weekend wedfest anyone!??? You’ll also have higher chance of keeping the same team and less chance of losing any deposits – as most of the wedding industry is already heavily booked for Saturday dates for 2021
What if we decide to cancel our wedding altogether?
If you decide to cancel your wedding day altogether, I will issue a refund of any money paid minus your non-refundable booking fee as per our contract.
