About me.

Knowing how to capture the perfect moment is an art…

It’s what I do best.

My Photography Philosophy

Let’s face it, you don’t want to hire a wedding photographer that puts you and your bridal party in awkward and unnatural poses. No way! This is your wedding day not an editorial shoot for a magazine!

Your wedding photography is supposed to capture the authentic and genuine nature of you, your bridal party and guests. And, of course, document how drop dead gorgeous you look.

My philosophy is about spontaneity. It’s about capturing those raw and real moments where you all burst into laughter. It’s about noticing when your eye meets with your partners loving gaze.

I’m about taking wedding photographs that resemble the candid and playful parts of your personality.

One thing I know for sure is, I’m not going to stick you in a pose which you’ll look back on and think, ‘What the heck were we doing?!’ #notmystyle

What My Photography Style Brings To Your Wedding Day

Imagine a warm and relaxed wedding environment with everyone having the time of their lives. The drinks are flowing, the food is amazing and there’s nothing but joy and laughter firing amongst your wedding guests.

I specialise in and love photographing country weddings. I am trustworthy, reliable and punctuality is one of my key attributes.

You can feel at ease knowing that all of these timeless moments are being captured, when I’m your photographer.

I like to work with natural light, which accentuates the inherent beauty of each setting. I like to capture all the little details. From the people you love so much that you have invited to join you on this day of days; right through to the design and styling of the space you’ve carefully chosen.

When photographing any part of your day, I do so in a way that adds to the storytelling of your wedding.

Let’s Set The Date

I’d love to take every wedding photography request that comes my way…reality is, I don’t know how to multiply myself—yet! This means, each season bookings are capped. I’d hate for you to miss out!

Please reserve your spot early to avoid disappointment. Dates can only held upon completing the booking form and upon receipt of your deposit.

My Studio.

My husband and I are vignerons and our business James & Co. Wines is located on the main street of Rutherglen and here is where you can find my workspace. I am sure you would agree a cellar door is the perfect setting for a relaxed introduction, where we can talk about your wedding day over a glass of our award-winning Sangiovese.

I’m based in Rutherglen (just near Albury/Wodonga) and am available to travel. Photographing in new places is exciting for me and I simply love it! It is something I do regularly, and you can be completely confident wherever your wedding will be the photography and the experience will be outstanding.

Make an enquiry here and we can get talking about your day!
